DIDACSOFT supported the Chadian Water Company in modernizing, automating, and securing its payroll process through the deployment of LOGESCO PAYROLL & HR, an institutional solution designed to centralize data, ensure reliable HR processing, and optimize the production of financial, administrative, and banking documents.

In 2023, DIDACSOFT supported the Chadian Water Company in structuring and automating its payroll management through the implementation of LOGESCO PAYROLL & HR. Our mission was to deliver a reliable, secure solution tailored to the realities of a large public organization, with high requirements in terms of control, traceability, and document production.

LOGESCO PAYROLL & HR enabled the centralization of payroll data, the calculation of compensation elements and deductions, the generation of the payroll register, the preparation of bank transfer schedules, and the production of payment statements for cash or manual disbursement. The solution therefore helped reduce manual processing, improve reliability, and accelerate the preparation of documents required by HR, financial, and accounting departments.
