Our mission with ID TELECOM SA
In 2024, DIDACSOFT supported ID TELECOM SA in the digitalization and centralization of its operations through the design and deployment of the ENZO 2.0 ERP platform.
The project aimed to implement a unified management platform capable of structuring the company’s activities, streamlining exchanges between headquarters, agencies and field teams, while improving operational and decision-making management.
ENZO 2.0 was designed as a complete digital ecosystem integrating a web ERP application, mobile business applications and several interconnected modules dedicated to administrative, financial, budgetary, HR and operational management.
These indicators are presented in a consolidated format to ensure the confidentiality of individual data.

Each module was designed to address specific business challenges while ensuring smooth interaction between departments and management levels.

In addition to the ENZO 2.0 web ERP, DIDACSOFT developed dedicated mobile business applications designed to extend the operational capabilities of the system directly in the field.
These mobile solutions improve information flow, increase team responsiveness and strengthen continuity between field operations and centralized management.
The applications were designed to meet the specific needs of mobile users while ensuring better coordination and operational efficiency.

User experience and business logic
The ENZO 2.0 interface was designed to provide a simple, structured and user-friendly experience adapted to the daily needs of administrative, financial and field teams. The login screens, user workspace and main dashboard allow quick access to business modules through clear and role-based navigation.
The working environment centralizes key operational functionalities such as profile management, internal requests, messaging, absences and activity monitoring. This business-oriented logic helps integrate management processes into a unified workspace, improving collaboration, workflow efficiency and operational coordination.

ENZO 2.0 is a complete enterprise management ERP developed for ID TELECOM SA, a company based in Côte d’Ivoire. The project was designed to meet a clear need: to provide a single, structured, and scalable system capable of centralizing the company’s operations while facilitating the work of teams at headquarters, in agencies, and in the field.

Functional Scope
The project covers back-office management, operational administration, budget monitoring, field operations, and human resource management. It is therefore not a standalone software, but an integrated digital ecosystem built around several interconnected business modules.
Developed Modules
The ENZO 2.0 homepage interface highlights a set of core modules. Each module addresses a specific business logic and contributes to making the ERP a coherent, operational solution tailored to ID TELECOM SA’s needs.
Administration Module
This module forms the foundation of the ERP. It manages global platform settings, user profiles, permissions, access rights, and the overall system organization. It plays a central role in ensuring the security and governance of the solution.
Agencies Module
This module is designed to manage the various company agencies. It structures operations by entity, manages linkages, improves local activity monitoring, and provides a consolidated view for management.
Objectives and Budgets Module
This module allows the definition, tracking, and analysis of operational and budgetary objectives. It supports planning, performance control, and results management by providing decision-makers with clear insights into action plan execution.
Collections and Supply Module
This module covers financial and logistical flows related to collections and supplies. It enhances traceability, operational reliability, and control over movements linked to business activities.
Fleet Management Module
This module handles the management of rolling equipment. It improves tracking of vehicles and mobility assets used in operations, enhances visibility, and supports better logistical organization.
Human Resources Module
This module is dedicated to HR management. It structures employee-related information, supports administrative processes, and contributes to effective human capital management.
Nomadic Module
The Nomadic module meets the needs of mobile users. It extends ERP functionalities to the field and facilitates access to business features outside headquarters for operational and commercial teams.
Budget Module
This module complements financial management by providing a dedicated view of budget management. It supports monitoring of forecasts, allocations, and budget consumption by activity, period, or entity.
Payroll Module
This module integrates payroll-related administrative processes. It contributes to structuring HR processes and ensuring reliable processing of compensation-related elements.
Developed Mobile Solutions
In addition to the web ERP application, the project also includes business mobile applications, significantly enhancing the operational scope of ENZO 2.0.
Mobile Application for Field Sales Teams
This application is designed for sales teams on the move. It supports field usage, streamlines data reporting, and connects field operations with the central system.
Mobile Application for Field Inspectors
This application addresses monitoring, control, and observation needs in the field. It provides inspectors with a tool tailored to their mission, ensuring greater responsiveness and better alignment with central management.
User Experience and Business Logic
The provided screens show a simple login interface, a personalized user space, and a homepage structured around key modules. The logged-in user (example: Welcome Mr. KOUADIO MIAN RAYMOND LUDOVIC) accesses an organized work environment with role-based navigation.
The Manager menu provides access to features such as: My Profile, Change Password, Purchase Requests, My Messages, Absences, and Logout.
This demonstrates that the solution goes beyond a static dashboard: it supports daily usage with integrated personal management, communication, and workflow features.
